How long do I have to return an item?
Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery.
In order for us to accept the item, it must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
Do you have exceptions?
Yes, we cannot accept returns on the below items.
Bottles- only accepted if unopened and returned in sealed packaging.
Underwear – Non-returnable.
Swimwear – Non-returnable.
Hair Accessories – returnable only if not worn.
Can I do an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. We advise for you to return the original item and place another order.
How long does it take to receive my money back?
Once a return has been received, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days.
You will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
If you return an item outside of our returns policy, we have the right to refuse the item and return back to sender.
